I have an 09 1500 4x2 and have been looking for a leveling kit for the front. the folks on 'suspension connection' told me they have one for me-a 'budget boost' from daystar (1.5"). i haven't found it yet and was wondering if anyone knew where i could find that, or a similar product that's reasonably priced and easily installed!
thanks,

cool..thanks! i decided to go to the source and send daystar an e-mail. they responded right back, after hours, answering all of my questions! needless to say...their budget boost 1.5" coil spacer will work for my truck!
thanks!

HELP! i attempted to put the kit on this weekend...got so far that i had the ball joint popped out and the control arm hanging. the problem is that the spring compressor i rented did not fit my coils! for those of you that have experience with these tools; my coils did not fully seat on the fork of the tool. at this point i have put everything back together [daily driver needed for work tomorrow :)] and taken the measurements (OD and ID) of my coils so hopefully another auto parts store will have a tool that fits my springs! any suggestions on what to do? i really want this kit to work, but would rather do it myself than drop a couple bills to have a shop do it!

Sorry about your luck on the install. So does this kit raise the front of the truck 1.5"?

Im shure that im late on this reply but i have a 09 Ram 4x4 and me and my buddies put the daystar kit on the front and rear of mine. We had no use for a spring compressor. We removed the whole strut and the kit bolted on top then put it back into place. If i can help you out let me know we did mine about 2 months ago. All we had was simple tools no pullers or compressors needed but you may have a different kit. Let me know if i can give u any info.

Did you take any pictures of your install? If not some before - and- after shots?
