no a/c through dash

hello! new to the board. i am not getting any a/c blowing through my dash vents. i hear the fan , but very little air out of vents. does anybody have a duct routing diagrahm ? thanks

Hi,I'm also new to the forum and I have almost the same problem.I have a little air coming out of the dash.It seems to me as much as the fan sounds like it is working it would put out more air than it does.It seems like an actuator door isn't opening all the way to get the air to the dash vents.I'm looking for a schematic for the system if I find one I'll pass it on.

I found a website that addresses your problem.It's heatertreater.net.It has a youtube video that shows you how to take apart your dash and find the various servo motors for all the different doors for your heater and a/c.It shows you how to check them and see if they need replacing.They also sell the doors on the website.Hope this helps.

My 2007 had the ducting missing in the dash from the factory. Check that first.

Just had my 06 1500 quad cab 4x4 in after mine quit blowing like it should. Mine was under warrenty thank goodness. One of the doors in the system had broken. would have cost me about $700. They did have to pull the dash back. Not shure how hard it is to do so. Good luck with it : )
