2005 1500 Quad cab hemi

I have a surging in performance when driving around 35 MPH.....and has stalled on a couple occasions when coming to a stop as it returns to idle? I have an aftermarket throttle body spacer and Fresh Air intake system....Any ideas what is causing the surging at low speeds??? Any feed back appreciated.....

ck eng light on? has the truck been scaned yet? if not most autoparts stores will do this for free.

2005 ram 1500 runs rough at times and at times will just shut off at hwy speed but will start right back a code P406 shows up i have checked internet and there are hundreds of complaints the same as mine but never able to find anybody saying what the problem is guess there must be more like me no computer knowledge would greatly appreciate any and all help
