Have you checked fuel pressure yet??? How high does it idle??? Do you have access to a scan tool that displays sensor readings??? I'd be looking at what the upstream O2 sensor is doing to start. If it has an EGR valve try disconnecting the Vacuum hose to the vacuum solenoid and plug it off. See how it drives now.

havent checked fuel press yet, i swapped coil,tps sensor, map sensor , still the same checked sensors with scan tool checks out ok. it idles ok while running, but when i gun the throttle it wants to sometimes die out. and jerks,bucks,hesitates on light throttle on forward, and reverse.

EPADRE , when it misses or jerks does it ,pop or make any sounds ?, did this happen after the plug change or before?, put the truck in gear and hold the brake, also have the emergency brake on..the while it is in gear and running , slowly start pressing the gas pedal REAL slightly ,till you can get the truck to shake pretty good, too far with the pedal and the shake will lessen, if it does that , chances are a plug or wire is not firing it is very common...if you do not have scope---you can find the pl;ug the old fashion way, IT WORKS EVERY TIME, using a test light.
