tranny probs

I have a 2006 3500 4x4 cummins with the 48re tranny. Yesterday I was left at a light with transmission oil pouring out of the aluminum housing between the rear of the tranny and the front side of the transfer case. Not sure what ya call it have tried searching for tailstocks and just about everything else I could think of callin it and no luck. can anyone help me out with this?

Sounds like you need the extension housing/overdrive unit output shaft seal. 4269956AB.
