If I could afford it, I'd trade in my Big Red for a 2wd truck. Hell, I might even spring for a car. But My trucks paid off and i can't afford another monthly bill so I gotta keep 'er for a while.

up here in NorCal...just had my friggin smog done, had to take a day and 'prepare' my truck for inspection.. make it look stock, then test, then put it back on again..

even had to change my long tube headers out for shorty's with cats... smog test passed easily. Gonna tweak the tune and see how well the shorty's perform before putting the Lt's back on..

what brand long tube? didnt think they would fit.....any install issues???....i have a pair of kooks short tube ( havnt installed yet)...ill sell em and buy the lts if they fit!!!!

I have pacesetter's and they fit just fine, then again, i have a 2wd and the fitment is easier then 4wd's..

makes sense now....ive heard they wont even work on the 4x4s.....id like to find out if anyone else has long tubes on a 4x4 before i install these shortys......

08 quad cab big horn (hemi of course) from what ive heard long tubes are a no go.....heard 1 guy say he got a set of off brands to fit....i like doug thorleys the best....have em on my big block trouble free for 3 diffrent motors now
