Hemi head help

I have a 2004 ram 1500 hemi sport i need to replace the left head as it was damaged trying to drill out a broken exhaust manifold bolt, a friend has a set of 2005 heads but the left head was dropped and the left top corner of the head broke. My question is can the right head be used on the left side? The only difference i see is the right head has a egr port that looks like it could be blocked off. Also will 2005 heads work on the 2004? Any help will be appreciated

I'm not a proffesional mechanic but, you would have to rotate the head 180 deg and that would put the back at the front and I'm pretty sure, it would not work. Probably not even close. It may LOOK close but I wouldn't try it.
