My sister gave my 9 yo daughter a Zhu Zhu pet for Christmas this year. She bought it thru Amazon a couple months ago right before they seemed to get really popular and hard to find. My sister thought they were underwhelming and kind of cheap looking so she posted a comment stating as much as a review on the Amazon website. Within a couple of days she got a call at home from someone with a pretty heavy foreign accent representing Zhu Zhu pets and informed her that these toys were very popular and that if she returned the toy AND removed her negative review from Amazon's website they would refund her money. Of course she got pissed because her personal info was shared with this company. She told the guy to stick it and to never call her again. She called Amazon and pitched a huge fit. They apologized and refunded her money and let her keep the Zhu Zhu pet. Beware if you post a negative review on Amazon….they share your personal info with their vendors. Also, they don't seem to mind vendors tampering with their review system.
