I only have experience with the Hypertech Stage III Programer.
I got 1.5 extra mpg out of it.

I have the superchips programmer and it probably your best bang for your buck it adjustests tires size reads and clears codes gives u 4 different setings and the fuel econo mode u get alot better gas mileage depending how u drive. It also changes shift points rev limeter and the govener hope this helps cost was around $550. cdn

Don't purchase anything until you have looked at the Trinity by Diablo. This thing is amazing and is different than anything else out there. You get so much more than just tuning capabilities.

I just bought the Bully Dog Triple Dog and its been giving me noticable power increase and fuel economy gains. I paid $390 for it through Amazon.com. Although I just checked out the Trinity that was mentioned above, and its definately a nicer tuner/programmer.

I would us a SCT Tuner cuze mail order tunes are not good to run. You can damage the motor if the air fuel is off real bad. I work on high performance cars all day long and mail order tunes mess them up bad.

I think he means canned tunes unless he's talking about custom tuning which can be done through email by sending datalogs in and have a tuner make a tune off of it and email it back...

to the op, if you don't plan on doin a cam/heads then I'd do superchips. they have the most experience with the hemi's and have better tranny control. If you do a cam/heads then you'll want custom tuning capabilities so diablo or sct would be your best option
