locking it into 3rd

Mike is there any way to use the predator to lock the truck into 3rd gear? This is for the dyno only. Every time I try and get on it to see the tq down low it just down shifts. I have to keep rolling into it until about 3500 rpms before it doesn't down shift.

Yeah, thats not so easy to do.

There is likely a way to set the 3-2 shift point so high it cant happen, I would try that with the Predator.

The only controlles there are for shifter are just controlling the up shifts not the down shifts.

My bad....are you working with a CMR dealer?
They would be able to create a tune that keeps it from downshifting out of 3rd gear.

If not, let me know, I'll see if we can set you up with something.
