ok so on my 04 ram 1500. (5.7 liter hemi, single cab, long box,4x4 off road.) im having a problem with the running lights. when i am driving or just sitting with the truck on my tail lights change from running to brake lights randomly, no i am not touching the brakes. the bed light doesn't seem to be affected that only activates when the brakes are hit... When the Lights switch to brake lights i here a click in the dash and another one when they go off. It only lasts for a few seconds but it happens a few times per drive. we have taken it to a few mechanics and they have no idea. one said it was the trailer light hookup but we quickly ruled that out.
any help would be appreciated if you need anymore info about the vehicle let me know what you need to know.
