Please Help Audio Problem

I'm in the middle of installing an AVN5500 in my 08 dodge ram and I can not get the speakers to turn on. I have the PAC-AUDIO adapters wired in but I'm lost at what I'm missing.

how did you plug the actual unit into the factory wiring? did you solder it or did you use an adapter that was supplied? if you wired it by yourself you may have the positives and the negatives mixed up...if you have an adapter it could be faulty, try moving it around when you have the stereo on. let me know if you come up with something
