Well, while I cant yet hint at a release date, the fact that we have come here to support a Ram forum should tell you something....;)

Are you just keeping it a secret, or do you really not know? I would find it hard to believe a product that was advertised as coming soon for like a year still doesn't have a release date.
And I'm not bashing, I am just very interested in the product.

Now all we need to do is see if it lives up to the hype.:)Oh, it will. It's not like there is any other way to PROPERLY tune these trucks right now...
It certainly lived up to the hype in the LX community, as it is still our #1 selling part number...I expect the U7137 to overtake it at the top...
Thanks

Have you guys tested programing a truck with a stroker engine in it yet? Or just in a cammed truck? Currently my truck has a surge in it that my other custom tuner can't seem to get rid of. I am willing to drop the dough on diablo if it will work better, but it is a lot of money if it doesn't.

We have not done any high;y modified trucks, but there not going to be all that different fromthe 426 strokers and big cammed HEMIs that are running around in the LXs right now.
Before CMR. if you wanted a cam or a stroker, you had to deal with issues like surging and poor idles, but that is now a thing of the past in the LX world, and will be here too.
Thanks

Is the cmr software the same for the Lx and the ram. I ask because I want to know if a tuners experiance on the lx platform will work on the ram, or will there be a learning curve?

Hey Mike, how would you fell about bringing one to Vegas for me. It would save me shipping and brokerage if I could pick it up in person. (I'm from Canada eh!)
I will be there sat thru wed.

Couple questions, How high can the shift points be adjusted? I'm told it is adjusted only on the hand held and not the cmr and only adjustable up to 6200. Fine for a stock motor, but there are quite a few, including me, that would like to shift higher. Also, can daytime running lights be turned off? I know alot of Canadian customers would like this option, so that they can safely run hid's.

Trucks can select shift points up to 6200 rpm.
Also, the shift points (along with some 350 other parameters in the TCM alone) can be edited in CMR, not sure where that story came from.
Considering anyone that needs 6200 RPM shift points should REALLY be considering custom tuning as they would certainly have an aftermarket cam, you'll have no problem having shift points set wherever you'd like in a custom tune.
As far as turning off DRLs, its not something that we have looked into at this point.
Thanks
Mike
