ok upgrades for the old series motors...hmmm lets see computers are mainly out because you got a distributor and dodges old school electronics, so i would sugggest for you to get a complete ignition upgrade because dodge has the worlds worse ignition in the older la style series engines the will gain about 10 horses just by upgrading the igniton. secondly hig perfomance k&n cold air intake. exhaust run some 2 1/2 exhaust wit some flowmaster 40s and look onto getting some headers. really other than internal upgrades and fuel system theres nothing other you can do. so yeah but there should be some in this site who knows more than me

well one thing is to remember is the 360 has been around for a long time so any junkyards that had aftermarket parts that has been neglected you can usuallly fix them up with a little elbow grease and should bolt right on, things like different cams, ignition, gears, air intake, or go buy a super chip flashpaq gas saver and performance increase

i have a 03 dodge ram with the 5.9, yeah they dont have as much torque or horsepower but not having any overhead cam means more low end torque and cheaper upgrades
