Yet another New Member....

Just doin the usual NM check in. New to the Dodge family...just bought my 05 Ram 2500 HD with the 5.9 H.O. CR Cummins bolted to the 48RE transmission. I love the **** out of this thing. Been wanting a new towing rig for a while and have always loved the Cummins...so it was only fitting. Being a crewcab I have all the room I need and want while able to lug cargo/trailered cars around no problem. And to all those out there thinking the diesel is a guzzler...sorry this is not only the largest/heaviest vehicle I have owned it is also the most fuel efficient. 34mpg @ 55mph / 28mpg @ 65mph / 22mpg @ 65mph while towing 4000lbs. I have yet to find a thing I don't like about this truck...just having to get used to a full sized truck compared to my lil ol' 93' Ranger....lol

well mine gets like 15mpg hwy and like 8 city and idles threw a tank in 30secs lol

ya i hear what you mean about the milage. i have an 06 mega cab with a front spacer kit and 35" bfg all terrains on it now and it can get some great milage, i just have trouble not putting my foot into it, more so when the little japanese toys pull up next to me thinking there all cool and what not and i leave them in a clowd of sut and tire smoke.
