2009 SLT w/hemi and 321???? HELP

I just purchased my 09 and I love it. I was told it has a 355. The salesman knew I was using it for my lawn care biz and to haul a travel trailer. There was no window sticker so I took him for his word(I Know, I'm stupid). I took my VIN to a local dealer and found out I have a 321. I looked up the stats and my 03 4.7 dakota with 355 hauls more. Thats a Crock!! When I called my sales person he said the only thing that would be on the window is if it had the 392. What would you do???

Take it back, talk to the sales manager. If that doesn't get you anywhere talk to the owner. If that doesn't work call Chrysler.

Well I talked to the dealer and then called chrysler who in turn called the dealer. The dealer finally called me and they swear it has 355. they have ordered the window sticker. I got under the truck and looked at the sticker on the rear and it says 321. It tach 1400-1500 at 60MPH. Thats not a 355. I am waiting to see what the window sticker says when they send it to me. If it says 355 I do not know what I am going to do. Either way I have a fight on my hands.

PM me the last 8 digits of your VIN, the current mileage, and the first four letters of your last name. Also provide your eMail address. I can look up your options list and send it to you. This will have the correct axle ratios on it.

I have the options sheet. I went to my local and they ran the last 8. It says 321, thats what started theis whole thing.

Well I got the dealer to replace the rear gears. I paid extra to have the 392 put in it. Man that really woke the Hemi up! If you are in the market to buy a new Ram get the 392............you will not be disappointed.
